Refund Policy
Thank you for your interest in Bookmydisha. We work hard every day to provide you with quality services to help you with your Tours & Travels experience. However, we understand that circumstances might change and that you might also demand a return for the services provided. The terms and conditions for seeking and receiving refunds from Bookmydisha are outlined below. Please read thoroughly and make a wise decision.
Eligibility of Refunds
1.1. Only services purchased directly from Bookmydisha are eligible for refunds.
1.2. Refunds are available within 3 days of the purchase date.
1.3. Refunds are not available for services already delivered, in part or whole.
1.4. Any third-party services or expenses spent during the Travel process, such as Hotel & resort booking, cab booking fees, Fooding, events or ticketing charges are not refundable.
1.5. Refunds are only available if the customer upholds the Hotel or Resorts terms and conditions.
The Refund Request Procedure
2.1. The client must email info@bookmydisha.com during the qualifying refund period to seek a refund.
2.2. The following information must be included in the refund request:
Full name of the client
Contact information (Email Address and Phone Number)
Date of purchase
Reason for refund request
2.3. The refund request will be reviewed by Bookmydisha and responded to within 5 business days.
2.4. If the refund request is approved, Bookmydisha will complete the return to the original payment method used for the transaction within 15 business days.
Refund Determination
3.1: Refund requests will be considered on an individual basis.
3.2. Bookmydisha can refuse a refund if the customer fails to submit adequate information or if the refund request falls outside of the qualifying refund period.
3.3. If a refund is rejected, Bookmydisha will offer a clear explanation of the reason why.
Non-Refundable Services
4.1 The non-refundable services are as follows:
Any cancellation in last 7 days
Processing costs
Initial booking fees
Cancellation within 24 Hrs of Journey date & time.
Any other service that is explicitly indicated as non-refundable throughout the purchasing process
Modifications to the Refund Policy
5.1. Bookmydisha can amend or update this refund policy at any time and without notice.
5.2. Any modifications to the refund policy will take effect immediately after the amended version is posted on the Bookmydisha website.
